Every building starts as a roof on 6′ legs. Pick its style and size, then add legs, walls and doors.
Commercial buildings have a vertical roof over trusses engineered for your site.
Regular and A-Frame roofs over 36′ long have a horizontal seam and can’t be warrantied against leaks.

Standard doors need 1′ over the opening. Commercial doors need 2′ and include a chain drive.

Frame-outs
A framed opening, empty or with a roll-up door in it. Garage door frame-outs take the size picked above; pick trim on the frame-out once it is placed.
Garage door frame-out on a side, up to 12′: , with trim . 13′ to 16′: , with trim . The roll-up door is priced on its own. No charge for a frame-out on an end.
Lean-tos
A lean-to adds covered space along a side or across an end, under a lower roof that hangs off the main frame.
